As an award-winning sales operations and marketing strategist and a strategic problem solver, my expertise includes developing effective messaging and communications materials and creating and implementing sales and marketing tools and processes that help companies succeed and thrive!

In 2010, I was honored to receive both the SAVO Pioneer Award for demonstrating vision, leadership and stewardship in Sales Enablement and a Stevie Sales & Marketing award for my team’s Sales Process of the Year.

My methodology? Using a high-energy style, my sales and marketing programs introduce a disciplined approach to sales, forecasting and client retention.I develop and execute multi-million dollar strategic plans, help turn under-performing teams into rock-star sales forces, reduce organizational expenses and drive record levels of revenues in a culture that fosters accountability and respect.

As Vice President, Sales Operations of Oakwood Temporary Housing, the world’s first and largest global rental-housing solutions company, I spearheaded and led a highly successful sales and marketing transformation. My team focused on process improvements that positively impacted strategic initiatives and resulted in a sustainable trend of 20% year over year growth.

In my 20-year career, I have always demonstrated a passion for mentoring. As a result, I founded Fast Track Tools, a professional training and coaching company. Using my “Communicate to Win” product, clients learn to analyze problems and to persuasively convey quality solutions.

Previous leadership roles included Director, Sales Operations for Exhibitgroup Giltspur, a global, full-service marketing company, where I rapidly instituted plans that reversed four years of steadily declining revenues. At Exhibitgroup, I
helped design, develop and implement analytics, tools and processes that drive maximum worldwide sales performance.

My ability to innovate, lead and inspire others has been a hallmark since working in a little Kinko’s copy shop (now FedEx) in Omaha. During a lengthy career at that global organization, I moved up the leadership ranks and helped drive record
levels of revenues, profits and market share for various business units of the company.
